All workout data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is automatically synced across your devices via Apple’s CloudKit.

Yes. You can export your data in JSON format from the Settings screen. The import function also allows you to restore from a backup.

Kitae supports iPhone running iOS 18.0 or later.

  1. Make sure all devices are signed in with the same Apple ID
  2. Check that iCloud sync for Kitae is enabled in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud
  3. Verify your network connection
