Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Where is my data stored?
Section titled “Where is my data stored?”All workout data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is automatically synced across your devices via Apple’s CloudKit.
Can I back up my data?
Section titled “Can I back up my data?”Yes. You can export your data in JSON format from the Settings screen. The import function also allows you to restore from a backup.
What devices are supported?
Section titled “What devices are supported?”Kitae supports iPhone running iOS 18.0 or later.
My data isn’t syncing
Section titled “My data isn’t syncing”- Make sure all devices are signed in with the same Apple ID
- Check that iCloud sync for Kitae is enabled in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud
- Verify your network connection
